THE CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE: CAVA, WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING!
This professional pairing explains how to differentiate the different qualities of 5 exceptional chocolates from around the world. As you wold expect the museum uses the finest chocolates (small but hugely intense)...
We will sample:
- 5 chocolates: (4 dark chocolates, 1 milk chocolate)
- 5 wines: (3 cavas, 1 red wine, 1 white wine)We will be explained the difference between the chosen chocolates and why the particular wine or cava best matches each chocolate.
PRICE: 22euro per person, :5€ deposit required to reserve your place
